Product Details:
Printing metallic inks has never been easier. With the correct mesh screen (110 mesh recommended), you can print without the need for an underbase. Simply apply two hits of ink for a vibrant, opaque finish. When printing multiple colors, flash the metallic ink at 220°F (105°C) for 3 – 5 seconds before printing the next color. Keep in mind that metallic inks reflect heat, which may elongate flash times; therefore, ensure the ink is fully cured through testing prior to full production.
Curing Instructions:
- Flash: Flash at 220°F (105°C) for 3 – 5 seconds.
- Cure: Cure at 300°F (149°C) for best results.
