Description
Mad Chem - Dip Tank Solution is a water soluble, 2-n-1, ink degradent and emulsion remover.
It is formulated to break-down most Inks.
Mad Chem - Dip Tank Solution will also remove all photo-polymer, diazo, and capillary film emulsions.
How to use:
Fill an appropriate amount of water to your dip tank then add Mad Chem - Dip Tank Solution at a 10 to 1 ratio. Place screens in the tank and let allow them to soak for 1-3 minutes. Only let the screens soak until the emulsion is soft enough to be rinsed off. To prolong the life of the Mad Chem - Dip Tank Solution, the emulsion should not be removed in the tank. You want the emulsion to be rinsed off in a washout booth as this adds particulates that will break down the effectiveness of the chemical.
